Sands Films Studio is a unique creative space offering performers a lovely 50-seat theatre, comfortable dressing rooms, great recording facilities and flexible rehearsals slots.
Unlike conventional public performance venues, there is no licensed bar or numbered seating, and at present there is limited disabled access.
